ROSETTA
Define the architecture once. Generate everything that follows.
Model Your Systems →What it is
ROSETTA is a library of SysML models encoding MOSA standards, interface specifications, reusable component architectures, and system patterns — together with transformation tools that generate OAS/OpenAPI specifications, technical documents, and configuration artifacts directly from those models. Previously referred to internally as MI-MOSA (Model-Integrated MOSA).
The ancient Rosetta Stone showed the same meaning in three scripts simultaneously, unlocking a language no one could read alone. ROSETTA does the same for MOSA standards: one authoritative model, every artifact the implementation needs.
The gap it fills
MOSA spans dozens of standards from different communities. Understanding how they fit together — where they interoperate, how to architect a compliant system — is itself a specialized capability that is not provided by the standards bodies. ROSETTA makes the architecture legible before anyone builds anything.
Key capabilities
- SysML model libraries for MOSA standards and interface specifications
- Reusable component architecture models
- System architecture pattern libraries
- Model transformation tools: SysML → OAS/OpenAPI specs
- Model transformation tools: SysML → technical documents
- Model transformation tools: SysML → configuration data
- Complementary to VULCAN, MOSAIC, MTAi — packaged in MOSA Dev Kit
MOSA standards define dozens of interfaces across multiple frameworks — SOSA, CHIL, CMOSS, MORA, VICTORY, AMS-GRA and more. Understanding how they fit together, where they interoperate, and how to architect a system that uses them is itself a specialized capability. ROSETTA provides it. A library of SysML models encoding the open standards, interface specifications, reusable component architectures, and system patterns — with transformation tools that generate OAS/OpenAPI specs for RESTful interfaces, technical documents, and configuration artifacts directly from the models. Define the architecture once. Generate everything that follows.
